You will perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on a variety of HVAC equipment, including chillers, boilers, ACUs, AHUs, heat pumps, VAVs, DDC controls, and ventilation systems. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance through troubleshooting, data analysis, and system evaluations. This role requires precise documentation, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with team members in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
