The team member in this position must speak Spanish and English fluently.Work PerformedPrepare daily assignment sheetsMaintain contact with front desk staff and housekeeping staffAnswer housekeeping telephoneCommunicate maintenance requests with engineering departmentRequisition supplies for the housekeeping departmentEnsure lost and found report is completed and placed with items that will be taken to the front gateMaintain contact with In Room Dining for tray pickupEnsure proper assigning of keys, team assignments, and cart issuesCoordinate guest requests with staffUtilize the computer for necessary information to service the guestsOther duties as assignedSupervision ExercisedNoneSupervision ReceivedHousekeeping Supervisors and Housekeeping ManagersHigh school diploma or GED, and/or equivalent work experience. Must have basic computer skills. Must be comfortable communicating with guests and staff in both English and Spanish. Attention to detail and able to multi-task many priorities.
