SummaryYou will serve as a FSC PROGRAM MANAGER in the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.DutiesYou will provide Horizontal and Vertical Management of all Initiatives associated with the FSC Product Line for the organization.You will develop, implement, and make use of techniques to identify and provide timely, accurate responses to customer inquiries related to Product Line services and workload delivery.You will ensure production is accomplished within established timelines.You will review and analyze short and long term strategic planning objectives.You will implement, execute, and monitor the FSC Product Line Plan.QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Identifying, developing, and defining program policies related to facilities maintenance; 2) Analyzing problems and developing recommendations for corrective actions related to facilities maintenance; 3) Applying knowledge of Public Works organization structure, operations, production facilities, processes, and methods in order to plan and coordinate actions; 4) Applying knowledge of military command structure, mission, programs, and organization relationships and their impact on military facilities planning, acquisition, and management process; 5) Applying a wide range of qualitative and quantitative assessment techniques in order to evaluate effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of programs; 6) Demonstrating interpersonal skills to present recommendations and negotiate effectively with all levels of management and customers and implement recommendations where extensive agency resources are involved or where extensive changes in established procedures exist.
