Culinary Carvery CookAs the Culinary Carvery Cook, you'll be stationed at our dedicated action-carving station, preparing and serving freshly sliced meats directly to guests. You will not rotate between stationsyou're the go-to expert for all carving duties, from setup through service.This role pays an hourly rate of $17.00-$18.50Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matchingEvergreen role: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.ResponsibilitiesCarve and portion premium roast meats (turkey, brisket, roast beef) to orderonly at the Carvery action station.Prepare, plate, garnish, and serve guests efficiently and courteously.Maintain a sanitized and well-organized workspace throughout the shift.Ensure strict food safety procedures: safe temperatures, cross-contamination control, proper storage.Be punctualarrive fully prepared and in uniform, ready to go before service beginsCommunicate with kitchen staff, chefs, and managers for prep, menu adjustments, and timing coordination.Any and all other duties assigned by Management.QualificationsPrior experience cooking or carving in a fast-paced, event-driven setting.Reliable and on time attendance record.Certified in or knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.Must be able to operate typical kitchen equipment and sharpen carving tools.Positive, team-oriented mindset able to multitask under pressure.Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.Ability to speak, read and write in English.Arizona Food Handlers Card.
