Senior Accountant - Hypergrowth AI Technology Company - Onsite

We're partnering with a hyper-growth, AI technology company in the SF Bay Area that is rapidly scaling its global footprint and investing heavily in its finance organization.They are seeking a Senior Accountant (2 month contract, with potential extension) to support a high-volume, complex global environment. This role reports directly to the Controller and offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact within a fast-paced, scaling organization. This role requires 5 days on-site. What You'll DoLead intercompany reconciliations and eliminations across multiple global entitiesAssist in managing complex entity structures and multi-subsidiary consolidationsSupport month-end close activities in a high-volume environmentPartner with regional and local accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely reportingPrepare and review account reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting policiesAssist with internal reporting deliverables and consolidated financial statement reviewsContribute to process improvements and ad hoc projects in a scaling finance functionWhat You'll NeedBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years of accounting experience, ideally within multinational, multi-entity environmentsStrong experience with intercompany reconciliations and eliminationsIntermediate to Advanced proficiency in ExcelStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionallyAbility to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and meet tight deadlines
