We take pride in delivering high-quality work while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accountability, and teamwork.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead and oversee multiple construction projects and field teams across Florida. This role is responsible for managing superintendents, foremen, schedules, manpower planning, safety compliance, and overall jobsite execution.The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and running efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee multiple active projects and jobsite superintendents/foremenDevelop and manage manpower plans, schedules, and daily operationsCoordinate with Project Managers on budgets, timelines, and resourcesEnsure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA/company policiesConduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetingsLead production planning and problem-solving in the fieldMaintain quality control standardsCommunicate effectively with owners, inspectors, subcontractors, and crewsMentor and develop field leadershipQualifications7+ years of construction supervision experience (marine or civil preferred)Experience managing multiple crews and job sites simultaneouslyStrong knowledge of heavy civil, marine, or roadway construction methodsAbility to read plans, specs, and schedulesProven leadership and team management skillsOSHA knowledge and safety-focused mindsetValid driver’s license and ability to travel between projectsPreferredMarine construction experience (bridges, seawalls, waterfront work)Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plusProficiency with construction software/time tracking appsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary (based on experience)Company vehicle or allowanceHealth insurancePaid time off and holidaysGrowth opportunities within a rapidly expanding companyApply TodayIf you’re a hands-on leader who knows how to run crews, solve problems, and keep projects moving, we’d love to talk with you.
