You will support outreach, prospect research, lead management, CRM activity, pipeline visibility, and meeting preparation while learning how enterprise sales works inside a growing technology company.ResponsibilitiesResearch target accounts, industries, and prospect contactsSupport outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, and other channelsHelp track inbound requests from website, email, partner, and social channelsEnter and update lead and contact records in CRMAssist with scheduling, meeting prep, follow-up notes, and pipeline organizationSupport conference, campaign, and channel-related prospecting effortsHelp identify and organize opportunities by vertical and territoryQualificationsStrong communication and organizational skillsInterest in business development, consulting, SaaS, or enterprise technology salesComfortable learning CRM systems, LinkedIn prospecting, and basic sales workflowsDetail-oriented, coachable, and proactiveStrong research skills and professional writing abilityNice to HaveFamiliarity with LinkedIn, Zoom, CRM platforms, or outbound email toolsInterest in AI, cloud, cybersecurity, or digital transformationWhy JoinReal-world exposure to tech sales and growth strategyOpportunity to work closely with leadershipStrong learning potential across consulting, SaaS, and channel salesTop-performing interns may be considered for future sales roles at IHICompensationThis is a performance-based opportunity with commission upside tied to qualified business development contribution.
