Electronics Assembler

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. *Responsibilities*
* Assemble electronic devices and systems by following detailed electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
* Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and surface mount technology (SMT) techniques to accurately install components on PCB (Printed Circuit Boards).
* Interpret electrical wiring diagrams and schematics to ensure proper connections and configurations.
* Build electrical panels and perform electrical wiring tasks according to IPC 610 standards for quality and safety.
* Conduct mechanical assembly of electro-mechanical components, ensuring precise fit and function.
* Utilize testing equipment such as ohmmeters to verify circuit continuity and troubleshoot issues during assembly.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex issues related to electrical or mechanical assemblies, applying problem-solving skills effectively.
*Skills*
* Strong knowledge of PCB assembly, surface mount technology (SMT), and electrical schematic reading and interpretation.
* Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, and other assembly equipment.
* Experience with electrical blueprint reading, wiring diagrams, and following blueprint specifications accurately.
* Familiarity with electrical panel building, wiring practices, and IPC 610 standards for electronics assembly.
* Ability to perform mechanical assembly tasks involving electro-mechanical components and machining processes.
* Knowledge of engineering troubleshooting techniques related to electrical or mechanical failures.
* Competence in using testing instruments such as ohmmeters for circuit verification.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
