Company DescriptionMarket Domination LLC is looking for a passionate, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our family and help us run more efficiently. MD is a fast-paced, growing company that is constantly exceeding goals and achieving more, and we need YOU to help. We currently have a small, in-person staff and a larger remote staff to welcome you in.Role DescriptionThe Office Administrator will manage all admin for our four-person office, as well as basic accounts receivable and management of our social media channels. You will be a valued member of the Operations Team and will work with the Director of Operations. As we are a growing company, we hire part-time to start for a 90-day trial period and move into full-time based on performance and growth. Responsibilities:Welcome guests and clients when they come into the office.Answer incoming company calls.Keep track of office supply stock and order as needed.Organize, track, pack, and send snail mail marketing campaigns.Tracking invoices, commission checks, and bill pay dates.Tracking and organizing a company calendar of important dates.Ordering food/desserts for in-office birthdays and events.Attendance and sign-ins for in-person company events once a month. Monitor and make engaging content for MD social media channels. Assisting department managers with data entry and document management. Light graphic design work or willingness to learn.Assisting leadership team as needed.Qualifications:Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Must be great with people, in person and on the phone.1-2 years experience with office management, administration, data entry, and/or social media coordination. High level of attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines.Position starts at $17-$19 p/hr.
