Enterprise Architecture & Integration - Cross-functional Collaboration, Stakeholder Management, Agile DeliveryJob Description/ Responsibilities:Lead and execute the overall strategy for Oracle ERP corporate applications within the Finance COE.Oversee planning, implementation, and integration projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.Lead and mentor technical teams to identify and resolve system issues; manage technology vendor relationships and performance.Configure Oracle ERPFacilitate requirement elicitation sessions; prepare functional and technical specifications for reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions.Conduct system testing, QA, and provide ongoing production support including troubleshooting and issue resolution.Partner with business stakeholders on product vision, requirements definition, and capability analysis; establish data governance policies.Additional Information:Team: Oracle ERP specialists within Finance COE; direct collaboration with Finance stakeholders and Technology leadership.Key Deliverables: Oracle ERP enhancements, system stability, data governance, and financial reporting improvements.Unique Selling Points: Deep Oracle Cloud ERP expertise combined with strong Finance domain knowledge.Additional Qualifications: Oracle Cloud certifications preferred; experience with Agile delivery frameworks.Thanks & Regards,Vigneshvignesh@themesoft.com
