Cobblestone annually donates approx. $300,000 to over 125 charitable organizations.What You'll Do:Responsible for opening and/or closing facilitiesTrain and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer service while creating and maintaining a positive work environmentMust be able to do work as a Lube Technician and Service Advisor while managing your locationCreate schedules and manage labor costs.Grow shop volume while increasing sales and profitabilityAssist customers by responding to all inquiries and professionally handling all issues.Replace fluids and perform maintenance services while adhering to policies and safety guidelines.Stay up to date on all current manufacturer recommendations and communicate to team.Regular communications with upper managementSupply ordering and inventory management.What You'll Bring:1 year management experience in a similar shop environmentFriendly, approachable attitude towards customers and employeesProfessional appearanceAbility to lift 50 lbs.Proven management and leadership skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-taskWillingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.What You'll Get:Competitive hourly pay and onus opportunities available.
