Tech Café Opportunity At CompucomStaffing, you're more than just a number. Our employee relationship managers support you throughout your engagement, providing career guidance and reemployment assistance. Our client has a new opportunity for a qualified Tech Café to join their team onsite in Opa-locka, FL. This is a "walk up" helpdesk support role where users will bring their machines to the technician for immediate service. Candidate must be willing to travel occasionally to Coral Cables as needed to backfill, as well as West Palm Beach on an as needed basis. Duties and Responsibilities: Install, configure, diagnose, and resolve desktop, laptop, mobile devices, printer, software, and network related issues Provide End-User level II support to on site and remote users for computer systems and various first and third-party apps Provision remote and administrative access, group memberships, bit locker recovery key, password reset in Active Directory Provide hardware, software and network support for mobile devices such as phones and tablets on iOS and Android platform Troubleshoot complex account lockout issues by utilizing Qradar and Microsoft Account Lockout and Management Tools Provide support, and escalate tickets to appropriate team Identify, document, and communicate new technical issues and their resolution to the team and upper management Collaborate with various groups to document, create, and publish knowledge base articles to be used across the organization Maintain inventory and track equipment Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of support experience A+ certification (must obtain within 90 days of hire) Knowledge of Windows OS support Knowledge of Microsoft Office support Must be personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and confident Deep understanding of enterprise IT Ability to communicate highly technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner Strong Interpersonal savvy Good troubleshooting methodology Time management skills Wage Range: The rate for this position is between $19.90 - $26.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
