Job Description HVAC Service & Install Technician (1–3 Years real hands on Experience Required)Company: Bell Mechanical ServicesAbout the Role:Bell Mechanical Services is seeking a dependable, skilled HVAC Technician with 1–3 years of real hands-on experience in service, repair, maintenance, or installation. You will work on both residential and commercial systems, troubleshoot equipment, and provide exceptional customer service.This role is ideal for techs who are past the apprentice level but not yet senior/lead techs.Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (residential & commercial)Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC componentsPerform preventive maintenance and equipment cleaningsCommunicate effectively with customers and the dispatch teamGenerate invoices and service documentation as neededRotate on-call schedule (nights/weekends)Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipmentAttend weekly technical training and development sessionsRequirements:1–3 years of hands-on HVAC experience (service, maintenance, or installation)Proven ability to troubleshoot HVAC equipment independentlyEPA certification (or ability to obtain shortly)NATE certification a plusClean driving record (company vehicle provided)Ability to pass background check and drug screenCapable of lifting 75 lbs., climbing ladders, and working in confined spacesWhat We Offer:Competitive pay based on experienceCompany vehicle for job useWeekly paid training and career growth opportunitiesWork across both residential and commercial systems401(k) with company matchShort-term disability providedStable year-round work
