Data Analyst
POSITION OBJECTIVEAs an Analyst, you are responsible for helping business leaders solve complex challenges. At the most elementary level, Analysts are to focus on helping our internal stakeholders win and succeed while assisting the team with analysis and presentation prep. As a member of our Business Improvement Teams, you will solve complex operational problems by completing a variety of data analytics, mapping processes, finding root cause(s), comparing benchmarks, creating analytical models, and assisting with implementation through a variety of services. Converting and organizing large data files into usable tools to support decisions. You will provide these services in a team environment.When unsure about a topic, you will research intelligence through a variety of resources to achieve a proficient level of competency. As you advance your skills, you will begin identifying best practices, help manage timelines, participate in planning, provide disciplined expertise, and support engagement setup.The client is a family-oriented and fast-growing organization.
