You’ll work on active, high-priority job orders supporting data center builds, structured cabling, fiber, and security installations.No sales. No account ownership. Just execution.If you’re someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands technical recruiting, and can build pipelines quickly, this role offers strong earning potential and long-term growth.The RoleFull-cycle recruiting (no business development)Support regional data center hiring initiatives across Columbus and surrounding marketsFill high-volume roles including:Low Voltage TechniciansFiber TechniciansData Center InstallersAccess Control & Security TechniciansHeavy outbound sourcing, cold calling, and database engagementScreen, qualify, and submit candidates for contract and project-based rolesCoordinate interviews and manage candidates through onboardingMaintain pipeline activity and tracking within ATS (Bullhorn)Occasionally attend or host:Local hiring eventsJobsite walkthroughsMarket-specific recruiting initiativesWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in agency recruiting (technical, construction, or data center staffing preferred)Comfortable with high-volume outreach and cold callingStrong understanding of field-based roles and technical skillsetsOrganized, process-driven, and experienced with ATS systemsAbility to operate with urgency in deadline-driven environmentsWillingness to support regional recruiting efforts in the Columbus marketCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary + Uncapped CommissionOTE: $80,000 – $120,000+No territory restrictionsMedical, Dental, Vision401(k)Paid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysWork SetupFully Remote with regional involvement in Columbus, OHOccasional in-person requirements for:Hiring eventsJobsite visitsMarket expansion efforts
