Project Manager

As a Project Manager you will lead and coordinate end‑to‑end SAP project activities within the U.S. region, with a primary focus on SAP EWM while also supporting initiatives across other SAP modules as needed. This role acts as the key bridge between the customer and internal global delivery teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and successful project outcomes. The Project Manager will communicate effectively at management level, oversee project governance, and support long‑term customer relationships. This position requires strong leadership, cross‑functional understanding of logistic processes, and the ability to manage both technical and business expectations.Your role in our teamServe as the primary point of contact for customers on SAP EWM and broader SAP project initiativesLead project planning, scope definition, scheduling, resource coordination, and delivery tracking across multiple SAP modulesFacilitate communication between customer stakeholders and internal technical/functional teams located globally, including GermanyConduct regular status meetings, provide progress reports, and proactively escalate risks or issuesEnsure project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and contractual commitmentsManage project budgets, timelines, and change requests in coordination with internal leadershipAct as an account manager for assigned customers, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and future engagementsSupport solution design discussions and ensure alignment with SAP EWM and other SAP module best practicesCoordinate testing cycles, cutover activities, and go‑live supportMaintain documentation, project governance, and compliance with internal PMO standardsYour profileBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within SAP or supply chain technology environmentsProven experience managing SAP projects mainly EWM; exposure to other SAP modules (WM, TM, MM, PP, PM, or S/4HANA logistics) is highly beneficialDemonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional teams across multiple time zonesStrong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and supply chain fundamentalsExperience working directly with customers in a consulting or delivery environmentFamiliarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skillsApply now and join our team!Ready for your next step?
