Job Title: Data Solutions Workstream LeadReporting to: Head of Global Operations Automation & AnalyticsDepartment: OperationsType: Contract / Consulting (12 months initially; extension likely up to 3 years)Role summaryWe are seeking an experienced Data Solutions Workstream Lead to drive the execution and delivery of network‑wide data, analytics, and AI initiatives across a global pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.The role owns the end‑to‑end delivery of data solutions that underpin lean manufacturing, operational excellence, and digital transformation—translating complex manufacturing needs into actionable analytics, dashboards, and data‑driven tools that produce measurable operational impact.You will work at the intersection of manufacturing operations, IT, quality, and senior leadership, ensuring data platforms and analytical products are compliant, scalable, and embedded into daily decision‑making.What you’ll doLead the delivery of global data and analytics programmes aligned to Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence objectives.Own BI delivery, including development and rollout of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools that provide real‑time operational insights.Drive development of manufacturing performance tools, including OEE, visual management, and core operational metrics.Identify, pilot, and scale select AI use cases that deliver tangible business and process improvements.Act as the key interface between operations, quality, IT, and leadership, translating business needs into clear data solution requirements.Ensure all data products meet cGMP, regulatory, security, and data integrity standards.What we’re looking for (must‑haves)15+ years’ experience in business operations within a regulated manufacturing environment (pharma, biotech, or medical devices).Deep hands‑on experience delivering analytics and data platforms in complex, global organisations.Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems (especially SAP) and how to leverage operational data for insight.Proven leadership of large‑scale, multi‑site programmes or workstreams.Excellent executive‑level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
