A-Level Diesel Technician Location: Burley, ID Schedule: Monday–Friday Compensation: $40–$56/hour (Hybrid Pay Plan) Earning Potential: $80,000–$100,000/year Position Overview We are seeking an experienced A-Level Diesel Technician to join our growing team in Burley, ID. This role is ideal for a highly skilled technician who excels in heavy diagnostics, takes pride in quality work, and values teamwork and professionalism. Compensation & Pay Structure $28/hour base pay Plus $28 per billed hour Hybrid pay plan Strong earning potential based on productivity Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs Work on Light and Medium duty Trucks Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) Communicate findings clearly with advisors and team members Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Qualifications 6+ years of Diesel repair experience Strong diagnostic skills (heavy diag required) ASE certification preferred Excellent communication and computer skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude Passion for the automotive industry Valid, clean driver’s license Must pass drug testing (drug-free workplace)  Benefits 401(k) with 3% company match Paid Time Off Ongoing technical training ASE certification reimbursements Lunch & Learns Relocation assistance available Note: No health insurance at this time Why Join Us?
