A leading outpatient practice in California’s Wine Country is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its established Pain Management team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering weekday hours, a collaborative work environment, and an opportunity to practice in one of the most scenic regions in the country. As part of a dedicated care team, you will provide high-quality pain management services, working closely with physicians, APPs, and allied health professionals to create individualized treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic pain. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pain conditions. Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans. Prescribe and manage appropriate pain medications. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members. Educate patients and families on treatment options, safety, and lifestyle approaches. Schedule Monday–Friday, daytime shifts only. Requirements Active California Nurse Practitioner license. Preferred certifications: FNP or AGNP. Minimum 1 year of pain management or related specialty experience.
