You will play a crucial role in identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating beneficial terms, maintaining partner relationships, and internal cross-functional coordination to drive successful campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in partnership management, relationship building, and experience in the fintech or brokerage industry.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive B2B2C partnership strategies aligned with moomoo's marketing and business objectives, focusing on reducing CAC and improving acquisition efficiencyIdentify, target, and establish relationships with potential partners, including financial institutions, communities, fintech platforms, media, affiliates, and other relevant organizationsNegotiate and finalize partnership agreements to maximize value for all parties, drive revenue growth, and lower acquisition costsImplement cross-promotion strategies with partners to expand reach and reduce marketing expensesCollaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and compliance, to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives and seamless integration of new acquisitionsManage and nurture existing partner relationships to ensure satisfaction, identify opportunities for growth, and optimize CAC reduction strategiesAnalyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform partnership strategies and initiativesDevelop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships, focusing on CAC reduction and conversion rate improvementsPrepare and present regular reports to senior management on partnership performance, new opportunities, and high-level strategyLead cross-functional teams to drive partnership integration and success, including product, legal, Compliance, Integrated Marketing, Brand &Content, Brokerage, and ClearingRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partnership management or business development, with a focus on both B2B and B2C marketing campaigns in the fintech or brokerage industryProven track record of successfully establishing and managing strategic partnerships that drive consistent user growthExperience in executing or supporting large-scale sports events, preferably in baseball, as well as high-impact marketing campaigns. Experience in cross-functional collaboration and external partnerships is highly valuedStrong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate confidently with decision-makers at all levelsExcellent digital, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze market trends, customer behavior data, and business metrics to drive strategic decisions and optimize partnership performanceExperience in developing and implementing affiliate marketing programs and other performance-based partnership modelsIn-depth knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations in the brokerage industryFamiliarity with data-driven decision-making processes and analytics tools for measuring partnership success through common metrics such as CAC, ARPU, CPFA, LTV, ROASThe job requires 4days onsite at the MOOMOO US Jersey City office*Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. The expected salary range for this role is $96,000-$132,000.
