Radiologic Technologist Location: Woburn, MA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $45–$49/hour + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 6 months of employment) Job Type: Direct Hire / Permanent About the Opportunity: ExecuSource has partnered with a nationally recognized Orthopedic & Sports Medicine practice to identify an experienced Radiologic Technologist for their Woburn, MA location. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a highly respected organization known for its exceptional patient care and collaborative culture. Please Note: Candidates must be proficient in both X-Ray and C-Arm imaging. Responsibilities: Prepare exam rooms, equipment, and imaging instruments prior to patient procedures. Perform high-quality diagnostic X-Ray and Fluoroscopy/C-Arm imaging in accordance with established protocols. Ensure patient comfort by addressing questions and creating a calm, supportive environment throughout the imaging process. Operate and maintain imaging equipment, performing routine inspections and reporting any issues as needed. Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide exceptional patient care. Maintain accurate patient records while adhering to all safety and quality standards. Qualifications: ARRT Registered (required) Minimum of 1 year of diagnostic radiology experience Proficiency with X-Ray and C-Arm imaging equipment Basic computer proficiency Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Why Join?
