A key focus is bringing their platform to mobile for the first time creating fast, intuitive workflows that allow users to research opportunities and collaborate from anywhere.THE IOS ENGINEER ROLEThis is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role with full ownership of the company’s native iOS application.You will be responsible for building the mobile product from the ground up defining the architecture, establishing engineering standards, and shipping the first production version of the app.Working closely with product and design leadership, you will craft high-quality mobile experiences centred around AI-powered workflows and conversational interfaces.As the founding mobile engineer, you will also create the technical foundations that allow a future mobile team to scale effectively.Key responsibilities include:• Building and shipping the company’s first native iOS application from scratch• Designing scalable mobile architecture and development patterns• Creating high-quality, polished user experiences in collaboration with product and design• Implementing AI-native interaction patterns and chat-based workflows• Establishing testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes• Building reusable components and abstractions that support future mobile development• Driving key technical decisions around mobile architecture and tooling• Remaining hands-on in production code while setting long-term mobile engineering directionIOS ENGINEER ESSENTIAL SKILLS• 5+ years’ experience building and maintaining production iOS applications• Strong experience with Swift and modern iOS development practices• Proven experience shipping high-quality, user-facing mobile products• Strong product intuition with a focus on usability and design quality• Experience designing scalable mobile architectures and reusable components• Comfortable owning an entire product area as a senior individual contributor• Ability to work closely with product and design teams to deliver polished mobile experiencesNICE TO HAVE• Experience building AI-driven or chat-based mobile experiences• Background working in high-growth startup environments• Experience integrating mobile applications with large-scale data platforms• Exposure to mobile CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks• Experience as an early or founding engineer on a new product initiativeTO BE CONSIDEREDPlease either apply by clicking online or emailing me directly at .
