Doctor of Medicine | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: North Anson , ME Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments. Perform physical assessments, including range of motion and muscle strength testing. Evaluate and diagnose respiratory and cardiovascular conditions using METs testing proficiency. Complete and submit detailed medical reports and opinions through a secure portal. Manage administrative follow-ups, including addendums and medical opinion requests. Collaborate with clinical support teams to ensure timely submission of diagnostic evaluations. Qualifications & Credentialing Education & Board Certification: Open to Physicians specializing in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or those with significant General Medicine or C&P experience. Licensure: Active and unrestricted full medical license. Certification: AANP certification and a Self-Query NPDB pulled within the last 30 days are required. Training: Must be willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certified (costs are not reimbursed by the client). Clinical Skills: Proficient in METs testing and the evaluation/diagnosis of respiratory and cardiovascular health. Technical Requirements: Must own a laptop (non-Apple/Mac products only). Documentation: CV must include a current home address. ECFMG certificate is required for those who attended medical school outside of the United States. Facility Requirements (if using own office): Providers using their own office must provide comprehensive photos of the facility, including handicap-accessible parking, signage, exam rooms with protective paper, and emergency evacuation plans, to ensure compliance with ADA and contract standards. What We Offer Compensation is based on a flat-rate structure which includes time for exams, report completion, and all administrative follow-up work: Daily Rate: $1,600 flat rate for shifts of 5 hours or longer. Half-Day Rate: $800 flat rate for shifts of 4 hours or less. Training Bonus: A one-time bonus of $650 upon completion of all required training and performance of the first exams. Local candidates only; travel is included in the flat rates provided. Simplified, non-treatment environment with no on-call duties or prescribing requirements.
