This position reports to the facility Purchasing Supervisor.Duties And ResponsibilitiesUnload/load delivery trucks with electric forkliftLoad supply trailers with forklift and/or physical material handlingFollow the instructions of the Purchasing Manager / Purchasing SupervisorMeet deadlines for completion of the delegated tasksProper storage and handling of the received stockEnsure cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouseMust be available for weekend shiftsWork on the strapping machine, adding straps to our cardboard combosSkills And SpecificationsForklift experience preferredMust possess the ability to repetitively lift and carry boxes up to 60#Ability to manage time efficiently and effectivelyShould possess the skills of being a good team worker, self-starter and able to work with minimal supervisionGood interpersonal skills for interacting with other departmentsEducation And QualificationsWarehousing experience a plusBenefitsForklift operator experience preferredInsurance: Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, and Life InsuranceLeave and Holidays: Vacation, Paid HolidaysRetirement: 401K PlanEOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled
