We are seeking a heart-led Assisted Living Coordinator / Manager to provide clinical oversight, regulatory leadership, and operational management for our RCAC and CBRF programs.The Role: Impact & LeadershipThe Assisted Living Coordinator / Manager ensures high-quality, resident-centered care while maintaining compliance with state regulations and professional standards.Clinical Oversight: Manage assessments, service plans (ISP), and medication coordination while monitoring residents for changes in condition.Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor nursing and caregiving staff.
