Storeroom Attendant - 1st Shift (Temp-to-Hire)
Snelling Staffing is seeking a dependable Storeroom Attendant to join our client's logistics and supply team in Horicon, WI. This is a 3rd shift, temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with strong computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail. You'll be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, issuing parts and tools, and ensuring the storeroom operates safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Receive, stock, issue, and track inventory, tools, and materials. Use Excel and internal systems to manage and update inventory records. Provide outstanding customer service and support to team members. Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy audits. Restock janitorial and PPE supplies as needed. Operate pallet jacks and assist with general warehouse duties. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted when required. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. At least 3 months of warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience. Strong computer skills (Excel proficiency required). Mechanical aptitude - able to identify and organize tools and parts. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Steel-toe shoes with internal metatarsals required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. Regular use of hands and vision for detailed tasks. May require personal protective equipment (PPE) and warehouse certification.
