Assistant Production Manager

We've reached 1 in 7 millennials and are expanding our team in order to deliver the best-in-market engagement and products for our growing community.The roles will be stationed in overseas production sites and be responsible for managing the production site, maximizing production output & efficiency as well as taking part in improvement projects.Job DescriptionOrganize and supervise the site operations to achieve company's business objectivesMonitor processes of production (printing), assembly, picking and packing and warehousing. Ensure operational efficiencySolve or report any practical and order problems in productionMonitor performance of the outsourced service providerImplement the SOPs and make suggestions when necessaryPerform staff training, team supporting and coachingAs a first point of contact for logistics issueRequirementTertiary Education/Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or other related discipline5+ years of working experience in production management/operations managementTeam workingGood analytical and problem solving skills, good communication skill, fast-paced learner
