AI generated, human edited. It's 100% accurate. This part is not AI generated. It takes a certain kind of person to be successful in this role. You'll simultaneously wear the hats of tech support, corporate trainer and project manager. (In no particular order.) If you aren't comfortable proactively driving projects forward and working directly with everyone from the warehouse order pickers to C-suite, you may want to consider another position. If you are comfortable writing your own SQL to answer questions and solve problems, and don't just rely on BI tools to do the heavy lifting, then you may have the kind of broad and deep troubleshooting skill set needed. We install software onto Windows Servers. The application is complex to configure. If that was someone else's role, we may prefer talking with them. If you are/were part of a team and can't really show what you personally contribute(d), then you are not the leader we need. Can you explain what tools you used to do your job? Can you explain how the products you currently (or formerly) supported work? Do you have passion for technology? If we get your resume and it has all the phrases above jammed into a cover letter it probably won't be considered. Be thoughtful. Show that you've been thoughtful. The salary range has been intentionally omitted. We think the compensation is generous. We've found that when it is included, we get too many unqualified candidates just looking to get a big bump in pay. Tell us a reasonable number that you are looking for then convince us you deserve it. We are always willing to talk to reasonable people.Last but not least. This is a challenging role. But, once mastered, it can be really rewarding. You can apply directly on our website. Look for the "System Implementation Engineer" opening.
