Although the influx of this new talent brought new ideas, products and direction to the company, our "old fashioned" commitment to our employees and our customers remains steadfast.About The OpportunityThe Design Engineer is responsible for creating and developing innovative design solutions that meet customer and market needs. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and compliant with industry standards.About YouAs a Design Engineer, you will:Support production with documentation, models, BOMs, problem solving, job packets, etc.Provide documentation to assist the sales teamDevelop designs that are innovative, feasible, and meet customer needs.Work effectively with other teams to integrate design solutions.Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create detailed and precise designsDeliver design solutions that meet client requirements and expectationsThe Design Engineer opportunity may be a match for you if you have the following qualifications:Mechanical Engineering/Technical degree OR Associates Degree OR 3+ year of CAD experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesEffective communication and teamwork skillsExperience with product development and design processes
