Administrative Assistant Temporary
Temporary Administrative Assistant We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic temporary administrative assistant for an established company in the Gainesville, FL area. This role involves handling a variety of office tasks, skillful use of Microsoft Office, and providing excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. Additionally, we value candidates who are eager to learn and contribute across different departments within our organization. Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm Pay: $16/hr Job duties of the admin assistant: Use of Microsoft Office for creation of reports, communication and documents. Answer and direct calls with professionalism and efficiency. Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Assist in ordering and maintaining office supplies. Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Willingness to undergo training to assist in other departments as needed. Skills and qualifications of the admin assistant: Skilled with the use of MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook Experience in a professional office environment Excellent communication skills This is a drug-free workplace.
