Sourcing Manager – Supplier Strategy & Contracts
Job Title: Sourcing Manager IVLocation: Austin, TX (Hybrid)Duration: 6 Months ContractWe are looking for a Sourcing Manager to support a global vendor sourcing function, focused on RFx execution, supplier strategy, and contract management within an outsourcing/vendor ecosystem.This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Skills: Sourcing, Procurement, Contracts Management, Contracts Negotiation, Supplier/Vendor Strategy, strategic thinking, BPO background, Communication skillsResponsibilitiesLead and execute RFx processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ) for supplier selectionManage contract negotiation and lifecycle management (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs)Develop and execute supplier/vendor sourcing strategiesEvaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, risk, and performanceManage supplier relationships and performance (SLAs, KPIs, scorecards)Partner with cross-functional teams to drive sourcing initiatives and cost optimizationAnalyze pricing proposals, vendor data, and sourcing outcomesSupport process improvements, reporting, and dashboardsMust-Have HARD SkillsCommunication & Interpersonal: Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.Presentation Skills; Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze reports, price proposals, and technical or relevant data.Structured and logical thinking; Technical Proficiency: Must be technologically savvy, AI enthusiast and experienced with Google Suites.Project Management: Ability to manage projects.Sourcing Experience; Sourcing Knowledge: understanding of sourcing processes, contract administration, and supplier relationship management.Nice-to-have SkillsBPO Experience; BPO Knowledge: Experience or deep understanding of the BPO industry.Understand the process in content moderationComfortable working with AI; AI Automation: Previous experience with AI automation tools.Degrees/Certifications Required:Bachelor’s Degree (finance or a related business field
