Subway® Multi-Unit Manager

Hiring immediately! We are looking for Multi-Unit Managers to lead, support and help guide the success of multiple Subway® restaurant locations. As a Multi-Unit Manager, you’ll provide structure and guidance for managing staff, supporting the ultimate goal of a successful restaurant operation. You will lead all teams and locations in the importance, now more than ever, of executing all health and sanitization quality standards. Multi-Unit Managers must be people-oriented candidates looking to coach and train various levels of in-restaurant management. You are a self-starter who can provide structure and strategy for orientation and rewards programs and plans while prioritizing business and sales goals for individual locations. Ideal candidates have at least 3-years experience in a restaurant environment in an operational management role. Coaching and development skills required.
