You'll be:Researching and resolving deductions and credit types in a team environmentCoding deductions, submitting backup, and identifying new trends for assigned customersWorking directly with external customers, field sales, and internal teams to resolve open itemsProcessing and approving credit resolutions using the High Radius applicationCollaborating with team members and other departments to prevent deductions and improve processesHandling identification, invoice preparation, and collection of invalid deductionsThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have experience with Oracle Billing and High Radius (preferred)Have post high school accounting classes or accounting related experience (preferred)Have a demonstrated pattern of initiativePossess strong problem-solving and decision-making skillsHave well-developed written and verbal communication skillsExcel in interpersonal and organizational skillsHave proven customer service experienceCan make independent decisions and work under minimal supervision
