Job SummaryWe are looking for a reliable and hardworking Tree Crew Member . This position involves assisting with tree removal, brush removal, pruning, and general tree care services while maintaining a strong focus on safety and teamwork.⸻Responsibilities* Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removals* Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other tree service equipment* Assist with rigging and lowering tree sections safely* Maintain clean and organized job sites* Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines* Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently⸻Qualifications* Previous tree service or outdoor labor experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)* Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions* Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)* Strong work ethic and reliability* Ability to work in all weather conditions⸻Pay & Benefits* Competitive pay based on experience* Overtime opportunities* Opportunities for advancement⸻Schedule* Monday–Friday (some weekends or overtime as needed)* Typical hours: 7am -5pm to 9pm (depending on time of the year. ⸻How to ApplyCall: 317-539-5384Email: cmcmahon2402@gmail.com
