The company is committed to providing exceptional service and protecting clients' investments.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Management Assistant to join our team in a remote, 30–40 hour per week role supporting properties throughout King County, WA. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient day-to-day property management operations while delivering excellent service to tenants, clients, and property owners.The Property Management Assistant will support a variety of property management functions, including lease administration, tenant and client communications, property record management, maintenance coordination, and general administrative support. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, assisting with lease documentation and renewals, coordinating vendor and maintenance requests, tracking property-related information, and helping ensure smooth and professional operations across the portfolio.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and demonstrates strong organizational and interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone who has a proven history of self-motivation and the ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong problem-solving abilities, good judgment, common sense, and a willingness to learn and troubleshoot issues as they arise are essential for success in this role. The ability to adapt, prioritize tasks, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment is highly valued.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking initiative, supporting operational excellence, and building positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and property owners.QualificationsStrong communication and customer service skills with the ability to professionally interact with tenants, property owners, vendors, and team membersPrevious property management experience or experience in a similar administrative, real estate, or operations-related role is highly preferredExperience with Rent Manager software is a significant plusKnowledge of lease administration, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and property documentation preferredExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated history of being self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team environmentStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to use common sense, exercise good judgment, and troubleshoot issues proactively and professionallyComfortable learning new systems, processes, and technologies with a positive, solution-oriented mindsetProficiency in administrative support tasks including scheduling, record keeping, file management, and written communicationAbility to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability while working remotelyBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus, but not requiredThis position is ideal for someone who takes initiative, communicates effectively, and enjoys supporting a growing and fast-moving property management operation.
