If so, we'd love to meet you!As a Document Compliance Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our operations by reviewing and maintaining employee, resident, administrative, and compliance documentation. Your work will help ensure our organization remains organized, compliant, and prepared for audits while supporting high-quality care and services.What You'll DoReview employee, resident, administrative, and compliance documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistencyEnsure documentation meets company policies, regulatory standards, and confidentiality requirementsIdentify missing, outdated, duplicate, or incomplete documentation and coordinate corrections with supervisors and department leadersMonitor document review progress, track outstanding items, and maintain organized records of completed reviews and follow-up activitiesPrepare, update, scan, file, and maintain both paper and electronic recordsSupport internal audits, quality assurance initiatives, and compliance reviews by locating and reviewing documentationPrepare reports, logs, checklists, and summaries that identify documentation trends and follow-up needsWork collaboratively with managers, administrative staff, and program teams to promote accurate and timely documentationManage document retention, archiving, and disposal in accordance with company policies and applicable regulationsProtect the confidentiality of all employees, resident, and company informationWhat We're Looking ForExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlinesExperience reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness is preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic document management systemsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a teamCommitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and complianceQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredPrior experience with document review, administrative support, compliance tracking, records management, or quality assurance preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to identify missing, incomplete, inconsistent, or inaccurate informationAbility to maintain organized records, track deadlines, and follow up on pending documentationAbility to use computers, scanners, email, electronic files, and document management systemsMust respect the confidentiality of residents, staff, and company information
