Commercial Electrician

Job Description Job Title: Commercial ElectricianThis role is ideal for an experienced commercial electrician who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety compliance, and problem-solving on active job sites.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systemsBend and install EMT, rigid conduit, and cable tray systemsTroubleshoot and repair motors, motor controls, and control systemsInstall lighting systems, panels, switchgear, and commercial electrical equipmentRead and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and specificationsPerform preventative maintenance and service workEnsure compliance with NEC, local electrical codes, and OSHA safety standardsMaintain a safe, organized, and productive job siteRequired QualificationsExperience in construction, underground utilities, or electrical work (preferred but not required for apprentices)Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditionsWillingness to perform physically demanding tasks (digging, lifting, bending)Basic knowledge of hand and power toolsStrong work ethic and ability to follow directionsCommitment to safety and teamworkPreferred QualificationsExperience operating construction equipment (trencher, excavator, skid steer, etc.)OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationExperience with motor controls, switchgear, lighting control systems , or generatorsAbility to work from ladders, lifts, and scaffoldingExperience on active commercial construction sitesCompany DescriptionWe consider applicants for all positions without regard for race, color, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, disability, marital or veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
