Work includes higher education and light healthcare environments with a mix of renovation and select ground up projects.Company Snapshot • Core markets include higher education and healthcare institutions • Project sizes typically 3M to 10M with larger projects up to 60M plus • Established financial stability with no debt and strong bonding capacity • Steady growth pipeline with expanding annual revenue projectionsRole Summary • Lead CM at Risk projects end to end from preconstruction through closeout • Own project budget, schedule, contracts, and client relationships • Work closely with field leadership to ensure aligned execution • Serve as primary point of contact for owners, designers, and consultantsCandidate Profile • 7 plus years commercial construction experience • 3 plus years in Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager role • Experience with CM at Risk or negotiated delivery preferred • Strong financial and operational management skills • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex teams • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools • Strong leadership, communication, and decision making abilityIdeal Background • Commercial, institutional, education, or healthcare construction experience • Experience in CM at Risk or collaborative delivery environments • Strong background in both preconstruction and project delivery
