MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: 1.Masters or Bachelor\'s Degree in BusinessAdministration or Finance. ESSENTIAL: 1.All casino employees will besubject to the Criminal and Background restrictions of the Ho-ChunkNation. 2.Must be bondable and hold a gaming license throughoutemployment. 3.Must maintain a valid driver\'s license, liabilityinsurance, and dependable transportation. EXPERIENCE: 1.Minimum of five years progressive experience in operations, financial planning oradministrative areas. 2.Four (4) years\' experience in Management ofHospitality and/or Casino Operations. 3.Sales and Marketing experiencePreferred. 4.Experience Of Managing Budgets, Preparing Cash Flowprojections and analyzing statistical data. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCEAND QUALIFICATIONS: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: 1.Masters orBachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration or Finance.
