Consult with customer on applicable service specials. Gather and decode customer information to effectively and accurately relay concerns to technicians. Document services declined and advise customer of current and future needs to their vehicle. Foster and promote a safe and healthy work environment, maintaining safe work practices at all times. Maintain excellent CSI scores through constant communication with customers during and after service visits to satisfy all customer needs. Build strong relationships with the customers. Requirements: Previous experience as a Service Writer preferred or automotive experience. Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Proficient computer skills for creating work orders and maintaining records Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
