--Seeking a Board Eligible/ Board Certified Trauma/Acute Care/Critical Care Surgeon (TAC) with Fellowship training --You?ll be the 5th TAC surgeon on the team --Work directly with the Trauma Critical Care Medical Director to facilitate trauma services --Collaborate directly with the Trauma Critical Care Medical Director --Work alongside General Surgeons in a trauma rotation call schedule --Goal: Expand to a 6 member TAC team --Schedule: Shift Based Scheduling consisting of shared coverage as a team for Nights, Weekends, Days, Surgery and ICU --APP and Resident Support --Call: Shared trauma rotation with existing General Surgery team --Inpatient Focus: No outpatient clinic responsibilities mentioned --Shift-Based Compensation: Transparent and physician-focused --Flexible Scheduling: Designed to support work-life balance --Health, dental, vision --Short-term and long-term disability --403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans --CME, license, and certification costs covered
