Lead the integration of Generative AI and LLM technologies to enhance products using Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, Google Gemini, HuggingFace, and Microsoft Co-Pilot. Manage vendor collaborations and direct software development with third-party partners on Snowflake DCR, GCP, and Microsoft Azure. Experience in MLOps and AI, prototype relevant technologies such as Databricks, Refuel, Deepnatural, Aitidbits, and Interconnets. communicate project updates, strategic plans, insights, and product capabilities to support decision-making using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Domo, and Google Charts. Lead quarterly and yearly planning, resource estimation, and milestone definition for data science and engineering initiatives with product management, aligning with market and organizational goals using JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project. Define incident response protocols and ensure system and pipeline reliability with dbt, Datadog, PagerDuty, and Grafana.
