The CRE will drive demand-generation through the depth and breadth of relationships at designated clients, leading to net-new value and growth for Deloitte.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and own relationships with key executives and decision-makers at all levelsExecute against relationship strategies by monetizing relationships to drive value and impactIdentify solutions that meet client needs and support fulfillment of personal and account growth goalsDrive exploratory conversations with clients that reflect our business' storefront offeringsIdentify and pursue new ("greenfield" and "white space") opportunities, leveraging personal, professional, and firm networksRepresent "voice of customer" by bringing deep client and industry knowledge throughout sales lifecycleCollaborate and team across industries and sectors and with Lead Client Service Partners and others to drive growthBe a market sensor-providing proactive feedback on market shifts, competitive insights and "voice of the customer"Understand client's buying processes and budget cycle, as well as the client's business and strategic prioritiesConnecting Deloitte capabilities and assets to client strategy, challenges and executive prioritiesContribute client and industry knowledge to development of account strategy and proactively understand relevant case studies and offeringsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degreeLocated in Texas10+ years of professional experience5 years' minimum experience in the Automotive Industry selling or delivering professional or technical servicesLimited immigration sponsorship may be availableAbility to travel 0-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you servePreferred QualificationsEducation: MBALocation: Dallas areaExperience:5+ years' experience as a relationship and/or business development professional serving Automotive clientsStrong professional services sales management knowledge and experienceProven track record in selling and/or delivering consulting, tax and advisory services to Automotive clientsDemonstrable relationship building experience, which increased account penetration and led to increased revenue opportunities with new and existing clients-as well as ability to leverage pre-existing network of clients or contacts in the marketplaceWorking knowledge of competitive and teaming landscape; proven ability to influence cross-functional teamsSuccess in playing a leading role within an account team framework (i.e., working effectively with Lead Client Service Partners, Service Line/Industry leaders, practitioners, and other business development professionals)Experience working with large global, multi-national organizations with non-US headquartersBroad experience across the automotive value chain or automotive financial services domainThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
