Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant | 16 Shifts/Month + Full BenefitsHospital-Based Specialty Practice | Houston, TXGlyCare is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our hospital-based inpatient diabetes and glycemic management team at Memorial Hermann Southeast HospitalThis is a unique opportunity to practice in a specialized inpatient consultative role focused exclusively on diabetes and glycemic management for adult hospitalized patients on Med-Surg and Step-Down units (non-ICU).Providers practice within a highly collaborative, protocol-driven model with endocrinology support, structured onboarding, and extensive specialty training.Enjoy a flexible hospital-based schedule averaging approximately 16 shifts per month.
