This position supports bakery operations by ensuring compliance with all EHS regulations while driving risk reduction, injury prevention, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and execute EHS programs, policies, and site-specific initiativesAssist with OSHA, EPA, and state/local compliance and inspectionsConduct risk assessments and support incident investigationsTrack and analyze safety metrics (TRIR, LTIR, near-misses)Assist with audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement effortsSupport EHS training and mentor site safety teamsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field3–5 years of EHS experience (manufacturing preferred; food/CPG a plus)Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulationsStrong communication, analytical, and organizational skillsASP/CSP/CIH certification and bilingual skills a plusAbility to travel up to 25% (Domestic, state-wide); valid driver’s license requiredWhy This PositionCompetitive salary: $90,000 – $110,000Cadillac benefits packageRobust relocation assistanceNewly created role with clear career advancement
