Job Description Permanent Geriatrics Physician | Full-Time | Grand Rapids, MILocation: Grand Rapids, MichiganSchedule: Flexible Full-Time | Nursing Facility & Community-Based Geriatric CarePosition OverviewJoin a compassionate, mission-driven Geriatrics team caring for older adults across 8 local nursing facilities and supporting the Thrive Advanced Care Coordination Program.
