Being the Operations Administrator with Premier Tech means that you will: Manage all processes required to ship product, from quotation to delivery. Be the point of contact with the corporate offices on most day-to-day activities. Keep up to date and classify shipping-related files. Manage Health and Safety files. Be responsible for onboarding all new hires. Provide some Human Resources assistance and act as liaison between team members and the corporate office. Process payroll weekly and assist team members with payroll/insurance related issues. Assist Supervisor and Director as needed. Is this role for you? You have previous office management or similar experience. You have experience in transportation. You can work independently and multitask within a fast-paced environment. You have effective interpersonal and communication skills. You enjoy a casual atmosphere. Team spirit is in your DNA! You are a true team player who respects and places a high value on safety. You possess intermediate level computer skills and you can work with Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook. What’s in it for you?
