Pharmacist Sterile and Non-Sterile Compounding

Pharmacist Department Manager - As a Compounding Department Manager Pharmacist (Sterile/Non-Sterile & Hazardous/Non-Hazardous Compounding) you will be working with cutting edge technology compounding specialized and complex therapies within the clean room environment. The Compounding Lab Pharmacist has an essential role in ensuring all USP795/797/800 rules and regulations are adhered to, as well as overseeing all patients receive their medications in a timely manner. The Compounding Lab Pharmacist Manager is responsible for utilizing their knowledge alongside the other staff pharmacists & pharmacy technicians to provide specialty services to the patients and physicians we serve. Additional responsibilities of the Compounding Lab Supervisor include: Preparation and compounding of sterile/non-sterile products Maintaining the pharmacy clean room lab to USP 795/797/800 requirements Update and maintain all compounding policies & procedures Inventory management and storage, complete appropriate documentation, such as labels, log sheets and reports Have excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills in order to interact with key partners and patients Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $140,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Ability to Relocate: New York, NY 10022: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
