Environmental Services SupervisorUnder the direction of the Environmental Services Director, the Environmental Services Supervisor is responsible for providing a clean, safe, hazard-free environment for the safety and well-being of patients, visitors, and staff. The supervisor oversees daily housekeeping duties in both patient care and non-patient care areas and is required to work every other weekend.ResponsibilitiesMaintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free environment for patients, visitors, and staff.Supervise daily housekeeping tasks in assigned patient care and non-patient care areas.Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.Coordinate schedules and duties for housekeeping staff.Perform quality inspections and recommend improvements.Work every other weekend as required.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.Preferred: Associate's degree in a related field.Preferred: 5 or more years supervisory experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work scheduled and alternate weekend shifts.Location & CompensationLocation: Birmingham, ALSalary Range: $68,187.00 – $112,507.00 per yearJ-18808-Ljbffr
