At the same time, we are scaling revenue quickly and project to be breakeven in 2026.Partnerships with Microsoft and DatabricksFully remote or hybrid from several hubs (SF Bay Area, Seattle, NYC)World-class team of Machine Learning experts who worked on cutting edge infra and recommender systems @ Amazon, Uber, Twitter, Meta, etc.Product and Go-To-Market teams who have taken ideas from concept to 9 figure revenue streamsBenefits:Competitive Base SalaryMeaningful equity & financial upside - a real % of the companyAnnual bonus target based on personal and company performanceHealth, Dental, Vision - most plans will pay little to 0 out of pocketUnlimited PTO - we care about impact, not tracking days you’re out401k with company match %Roles & responsibilities:Work closely with the Head of Business Operations & Strategy to identify and prioritize opportunities for growthImprove business intelligence dashboards and provide insights to sales and eng teamsImplement a robust sales process by identifying gaps in sales cycles, necessary collateral, and key customer eventsSupport strategic financing initiatives with financial analysis, projections, and due diligence materialsDevelop partnership agreements, pricing frameworks, and process playbooks for new product linesBuild analytics infrastructure for campaign performance, marketing ROI, and revenue attributionQualifications:5+ years with relevant experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, analytics or related fieldsExperience at a high growth startup (AI or adtech a plus)Fluency in Excel; experience with SQL and AI toolsDemonstrated ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and develop concrete action plansStrong analytical expertise, and extensive experience building integrated models and processes from scratchExperience building relationships and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and functionsProven proclivity for quickly identifying and methodically resolving potential road-blocks
